Each one of us, who has been reconciled to God through Christ Jesus, has a ministry of reconciliation.
All this is what God does for us. Because of what Christ has done, God has brought us back to himself, as his friends. Now he wants us to bring other people to be his friends too. That is the job that he has given to us.

But God has told us what is good. The Hebrew text here in Micah 6:8 literally means “HUMBLE YOURSELF TO WALK WITH YOUR GOD.” It also tells us God requires JUSTICE from us and He wants us to love MERCY, not just show it.
This is what the LORD wants from us: ‘You must be fair to other people’, God says. ‘You must want to be kind. And you must be careful to do what I show you.’ BE HUMBLE, LOVE MERCY and BE JUST.
